At Buzz Honey, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality honey and related products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.
1. Eligibility for Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery.

You received the wrong product.

The product was defective or expired at the time of delivery.
Note: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
2. Time Frame

You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Opened or partially used products.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Change of mind after purchase.
6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

For other cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
